Become a PEARLS Coach
S is for Support
The PEARLS Coach Program is designed to support PEARLS girl by supplementing PEARLS group support with an individual coach to help her work toward achieving her goals and dreams.
PEARLS College and Career Coaches fulfill a critical role in mentoring PEARLS girls in high school as they navigate their road to post-secondary success.
What We Ask of Coaches:
Attend a Match Event with girls to be paired and a Match Dinner to celebrate all new Coach Pairs
Make a one-year commitment to mentor a PEARLS girl
Meet with your PEARLS girl face-to-face twice monthly, and do weekly check-ins via email, text, video, chat, etc.
Engage in several events throughout the year facilitated through PEARLS with your PEARLS girl
Ensure a safe and strong relationship/mentorship is created with your PEARLS girl.

The ability and willingness to carve time out of your and your PEARLS Girl’s busy schedule for regular connections with each other, attending PEARLS events and other college or career opportunities beyond PEARLS.
