In collaboration with the Director of Development, the Development Associate is responsible for the day-to-day administrative support of development, events and fundraising. Critical responsibilities include coordinating and executing PEARLs sponsored fund development events, management of the Raiser’s Edge data base, mail merges and mailings and improvements to functional processes. Program Coordinators are skilled, trained and caring adult women who, through youth-adult partnerships, facilitate experiential activities in a girl-only safe space. PEARLS groups gather to talk, to be heard, to express fear, joy and anger, to dream bigger, to explore the world around them, and to build trust. Program Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of PEARLS programming and related activities — ensuring program objectives and outcomes are met. Program Coordinators work in collaboration with community partners and other youth serving organizations to provide the girls with as many positive experiences and opportunities as possible. Under the general supervision of the Director of Program Services, the Program Manager supervises the effective day-to-day functioning (facilitators, programming and resources) of PEARLS in a manner that represents the mission, vision and goals of PEARLS for Teen Girls, Inc. This role will establish the day-to-day operational responsibilities, setting strategic goals specific to his or her programming areas. Read more
Jr. Program Coordinator
Junior Program Coordinators are caring young adult women who work with PEARLS Program Coordinator(s), Teen Facilitators and/or other Junior Program Coordinators to assist in designing and implementing PEARLS group programming that ensures the objectives and outcomes of the PEARLS program are met. The Junior Program Coordinator will work closely with the Program Coordinator to ensure that all of the following job functions are fulfilled. Read more
